Lewis has over 42 years of experience in all phases of architectural project management for educational, commercial, residential and industrial facilities; including programming, budgeting, design, scheduling, construction documents, and design criteria; management of production and quality assurance inspection staff; review of documents for code compliance and quality assurance, estimating, and administration of bidding, permitting, and construction phase. After nearly a decade of working in the private sector, Lewis worked for Miami Dade County Public as Contract Administrator (Special Projects Consultants Coordinator), Dade County Public Schools Office of Facilities Operations, Miami Dade County Public Schools, Department of Facilities Design and Quality Control, Architect, Miami Dade County Public Schools, planner for Office of Advance Planning.

Metello Magistri

Architectural Designer, Project Manager

After 11 successful years working as architect and managing partner at various high end retail architectural companies such as Magistri Veresani Architetti Associati in Rome, Italy, Metello relocated to South Florida where he has been working on various projects preparing design and construction documentation of luxury stores in the Design District. He has also worked on selected remodeling projects in Palm Beach as well as assisted management during the construction phase providing valuable feedback to owners and key stakeholders. Responsible for the design and project management of luxury retail stores worldwide for clients such as Bulgari, and Gerald Genta in collaboration with the client’s interior design and merchandising team. Other clients include Bruno Magli, Chopard, and Furla. Experienced in residential remodeling, and commercial building maintenance. Supervised subcontractors to ensure construction is performed per plans and specifications. Supervised and mentored a team of eight designers and architects. Responsible for controlling project performance in terms of timing and costs.

Ramon Gonzalez

Ramon has 24 years of experience in all phases of architectural project management at various architectural offices in South Florida, New York and New Jersey. Medical and Pharmaceutical buildings, schools, banks, offices facilities, and police stations, collaborating closely with structural, MEP and civil engineering consultants. His experience includes various health care designs, laboratory buildings, transportation projects such as the Manhattan Transit Authority, offices and data centers throughout the country, banks and securities buildings refurbishing, News rooms for TV Stations, correctional facilities, warehouse expansions, public school buildings upgrades, swimming and diving complex for the Goodwill Games, renovation of college buildings, renovation of an open theater, mixed use- buildings, residential home additions and renovations.

Mioris has 18 years of professional experience in the South Florida area.
